Expanding Your Influence: Understanding the Psychology of Persuasion
Influence is the ability to change others’ minds and actions in a way that others are willing to accept (Robert Siodini). As part of a large organization, we are increasingly aware in modern organizational structures that it is difficult to implement simple administrative commands both internally and externally. We are increasingly relying on influence rather than coercion, whether it is from class, interest or something else, to achieve our goals. We hope to build our influence in various relationships to:
* Affect customer decisions to achieve business goals
* Influencing internal teams to get support and help
* Influence the surrounding people in order to make the team more competitive and cohesive
* Interact with the people around you to become one

Acquisition of this ability helps you implement the perfect plan in your mind efficiently without having to wait for the overall awareness or ability of everyone in the organization. This ability to focus quickly and efficiently on a variety of emergencies, but with a strong emphasis on long-term development is cornerstone competency in a VUCA world.

This course aims to use the common scenarios of internal and external organizations to help participants learn from social psychology:
* Understand the basic principles and applications of influence
* Design your own influence model according to your own situation
* Accumulate your own influence chips in daily communication
* Continuously overcome the factors affecting its influence
