Talent Management & Succession Planning
Talents are the motive power for enterprises. It's a good way to attract, motivate and preserve talents by reviewing and managing them. “Talent management” is a strategic management system starting from European companies in the last decade, and it has been used by more and more domestic enterprises recently. Succession plans connect closely with talent management. They help enterprises develop successors for important positions, set up long-term talent reserve and lay a solid foundation for the future.

This course will help participants deeply understand the significance of talent management and succession plans for enterprises’ growth; clarify the definition of “talent” and “talent management”; know about the meanings and operations of four core systems; learn about identifying talents, designing and executing personal development plans, talents motivating plans and succession plans to implement talent management better within the enterprises.
