      2022年珀金埃尔默通用软技能数字化学习项目,通过建立网络学习社区,开展丰富的线上线下游戏化,虚拟学习体验,
提升员工的个性化学习需求,培养和提升员工的通用技能,同时不断激发人才活力,从而打造数字化学习型组织。
同时利用企顾司平台为售后服务部门定制具有针对性的人才发展项目,
此项目主要关注在混合学习,社区互动,时刻关注数字化体验和学习体验。

PerkinElmer General Soft Skills Digital Training Program has established an online learning community, which carries out rich online and offline courses and fulfils employee’s personalized learning needs. This community actually helps people develop their soft skills, and makes PerkinElmer become a digital learning organization full of vitality and energy.
